Whispering Angel Rose
Whispering Angel Rose – Rosehip, lavender, strawberries. The most famous and potentially the best Rose wine in the world. Dry with nervy acidity. This wine created the current Rose Renaissance. Drink from midday to midnight.
Harvested from sunrise to noon. The grapes are optically sorted. Destemming and slight crushing at 8C to avoid oxidation, retaining the complex fruit flavours. Cool fermentation in stainless steel.

As our goal is to obtain the best quality grapes and wines, we have created relationships with local vine growers, committed to Caves d’esclans, whose vineyards are treated to the same high quality standards as the Château d’esclans vineyards.
Grenache
Deliciously, round, fruity and heartwarming, grenache can be truly majestic when done well. Its likeability comes largely from its full body and sensation of sweetness which comes from its high levels of alcohol and glycerol. Expect plump, red fruits, black cherry, baking spice flavours and a hit of white pepper, developing into jammier, stewed fruit flavours in hotter regions.
